SUGAR CANE TRAVEL
We visit a sugar cane harvest, we cut the cane off and teste it. Later we will drive to a sugar factory and learn the process of obtaining the sugar cane. Lets taste the cane juice. This juice is delicious and even better if mixs with rum.
PLAYA LA ALTURA
Is a local deserted beach. Clear water, wite sand, pure air from the Caribbean Sea. Just a good place to relax after a several days of party.
The route to the beach has wonderful landscapes that reflect the authentic beauty of the Cuban nature.
ARRIVE TO VINALES
Tobacco growers from the Canary Islands colonized the area in 1800. But before that the area was the home for native Indians and runaway African slaves. Viñales is an agricultural area, where crops of fruit, vegetables, coffee and especially tabacco are grown by traditional methods. The Viñales Valley has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since November 1999, for the outstanding karst landscape and traditional agriculture as well as vernacular architecture, crafts and music.
LUNCH AT RESTAURANT EL BALCON
With three deftly constructed wooden decks overhanging a panorama of tobacco fields, tabacco drying houses and craggy montains. The restaurant has food that stands up to its sensational views. The unwritten menu gives a four-way choice between chicken, pork, fish and lobster, all prepared country-style with copious trimmings.

WALK THE TOWN VINALES
Viñales is a small town that mostly consists of one-story wooden houses, beautifull and colorfull houses with portals. The owners of the houses are not allow to chang the façade of the houses because the area is protected by constitution since February 1976, and declared a national monument in October 1978. The people of this area are very friendly and generally have a higher standard of living than the rest of the country, because the majority of the population is incorporated into tourism

CENTRO CULTURAL (Cultural Center)
It is a place that is known for keeping alive the cultural roots of Cuba. Every night there is a party starting at 21:30 with life salsa band, Cuban dance shows, DJ, bar, with the possibility of party and being outdoors under the stars or indoors under a portal.
Plenty of locals come here to have a good time. Cover charge 1 CUC, cocktails are about 2,5 CUC each and fun is guaranteed.
